Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I e-mailed them three days ago and not a response yet. I'm going to call them and see what the hell is going on. They will sure take your money, but try and stop them and they ignore the **** out of you. This is yet another reason why I've hated Sony for so many years.

They have an online chat service from monday to friday so i'm going to try that tomorrow and get rid of it finally.

Keep an eye on the CC statement, they will keep charging even after you cancel. You'll probably have to go through your CC to cut the ties.

I don't understand how you guys have had so many issues with SOE.... I've had SWG, Vanguard, and EQ2 accounts with them. All multiple times... and every time we've canceled, they have never charged us past that point...... And we watch our credit cards very closely....

Actually we had our EQ2 subs just back in August. So not that long ago really... We've honestly never had a problem...... Do you make sure that you cancel correctly? You get the confirmation email and everything?

Yeah, I got everything when I cancel, logged into my account, no record of my CC on file, no record of the charge. Sent in a CS ticket on it, they came back and said they didn't charge my CC so I had to have my CC cancel their greedy fraudulent ass.

Wow that sucks Mep.. Good thing you can cancel it through your credit card.
