But I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt because SWG didn't have a lot of it's best features at launch either.

I'm quoting myself there. Second paragraph. That's what I said. =P
The impossible has happened, Kirby. We've found a way in which we're not alike. Tongue
Had to happen eventually. =P

Yeah, I wanted to stress that fact though. I do recall when they first started the Deadeye Project in SWG and for the very first time I felt connected to something larger than myself. TOR is the exact opposite in this regard - having you entirely connected to something larger and you do not feel the individual freedom SWG had. If you ask me what the better one to start out with is I would go TOR's route.

Another thing I love is the expandability of TOR's expertise, levels, engine, and avenues of play that can be made available.
"None of these things were really there at launch. Who knows what they may do with TOR? "

I know. Bioware believes players are morons. Every couple of months you will get a new dungeon and every couple of quarters you will get a paid expansion that ups the levels by 10. That is your end game. Hopefully some of that will be valuable for PvP, because otherwise, its completely worthless.
SOE account is dead. They charged me for another month after I did a one month access and canceled. Their CS stated that they had no record of the transaction so I had my CC stop payment on it. Now, account can be logged into.

This is why they have no customers and I won't be their customer ever again. So no one last log in for me. Sad
Going to be cancelling my SOE subscriptions in days. This should be interesting....
Do you login at all still Star? I'm debating if I should uninstall SWG before I get in for EGA or not. I'm okay with letting go and moving on...but at the same time I'm not until I cant login anymore.

Btw SWG servers will go down on Thursday at 9pm PST.
Yeah Z, I've been on a lot recently. I've been documenting the game so all that time spent on our guildhall (thanks Arch, and Doc!) won't be forgotten.

I want to do a little more, so I will be there on Thursday when the servers go down. I saw Matrix Online to it's finish, and SWG deserves no less. After that unfortunate business is concluded, it's on to SWTOR full time.

Agreed. I have been taking screenshots of CH as well. I am also going to be taking a tour around the different planets to take screenshots of POI's etc.

I too am going to be there until the lights go out on Thursday. 9pm PST for those who are doing the same.
Well I'll be turning off the switch with SOE sometime this week, I have SWG and Pirates of the Burning Sea, does anyone know where I go to cancel both?
SOE cancels you, you dont cancel them.

Yeah, I really like our guild hall. Sad

The hell with that, i'll cancel with SOE if they like it or not Tongue
In Soviet Russia, subscriptions cancel you!
You know, I just took a look at the Starsider forums to see who all was saying their goodbyes, and realized I only recognized like two names. Now I'm depressed.
