Already played Ghost Busters when it was cool way back on my Comodore 64... whats the point about a new game?

the voiceovers are done by the original actors from the first two ghostbusters movie plus better graphics and story?
But I like 8 bit midi music :mep:
hmm C64 prolly is more around 1 or 2bit music lol
Now now, the c64 could do a bit more than beep, if remember correctly.
oh yeah.. it had a sound.. real sound other than a PC SPeaker.. but still I doubt it was 8bit...
Well 8 bit would get you 63 notes plus no sound. I must have been 8 bit cause I remember then having at least that much. Now the older PETS couldn't do much at all.
at the time 8bit sound would cost to much.. if I remember right 8bit got affordable around 1988-90 and 16 bit around 92.
I am sure it was 2bit on the C64... the Amiga 500 prolly was 4 or 8bit.
Remember bro the music was not exactly good on them machines hehe alot of beebs and high tones.
C64 had virtual 4-bit sound but hardware wise only had 3-bit.
So the C64 could only do 15-16 different notes?
8 "true" notes, then another eight caused by intentionally using a glitch that resulted from imperfect manufactured digital and analog parts interacting together.
Minus one somewhere in there for "no sound"
Yeah, that is probably right. It was a long time ago I played with those and I am getting to old to remember much if anything clearly. I even forgot where I put down my ensure today. :mep:
