Also guys, for awhile I seen very few guildies log on. Its been going on for quite awhile and when I see like a couple on weekends that's not good for what we used to be. Recruitment is going to be difficult with all the other guilds that had transferred over to Ebon Hawk and are now at top of the boards in conquest.

I'm continuing to log in for you guys on Ebon Hawk, but right now I just don't have a lot of interest playing there unless things pick up. I'm not going anywhere, but I may end up transferring one of my mains over to harbringer. So, that's pretty much what I've been up to. ]]>

Due to our dwindling numbers in game it is time to try something different. I have granted recruitment access to all members. There is a sticky Hanak posted years ago called the Recruitment How-To. Use that as a reference for new people (as well as general common sense). Please send me an email with the name of the recruit, so I can keep track of who is coming in.

Now I know this has the potential to be a ... interesting situation, but I trust everyone's judgement. In the sake of maintaining order, we will continue to keep new players at the recruit level to see if they are a fit for the wing or not. Also, I have granted Lieutenant rank and above the ability to remove people from the guild. I trust all of my officers completely, and if someone is not being honorable and/or following the spirit of our group then they will do what needs to be done. Officers, send me an email informing me of the situation. If they were kicked, there was a good reason. I just want to know when it happens. If as a member you witness the same and there are no officers on at the time, again send an email to me and I will deal with it appropriately.

Hopefully this goes off without a hitch, but if it doesn't we can easily return to the status quo. I doubt that will be necessary though. As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns, etc. let me know. I can be reached here, or on Facebook, or in game. I even have a cellphone I never use. =P]]>

since we were not enough people for the last 4 weeks, I have decided to give our operations a summer break. Many people will be on vacation anyway.
