An old GLer here from the days of yore. Was poking about on google tonight to see what of Ghost Legion could be found, and stumbled across you. Imagine my surprise when I saw that lo, there was activity in the forums! Real, live, LSFers!

I was taking a trip down memory lane thanks to yet another night immersed in Elite: Dangerous. Anyone here play? The game got released a bit early but it is starting to take shape - the next update will hopefully enable some fun cooperative play. It's not perfect, but damn if it's not pretty close to the space game I've always wanted to play. If you're curious I am happy to evangelize and answer any questions =p

Was a real treat to see SBR still kicking. Kudos to you all for keeping her alive. Ghost Legion is sadly no more, but the friendships formed then carry on.

My first MMO was Star Wars Galaxies when it first launched, I played on the Ahazi server up until the so called combat "upgrade". I played a Trandoshan named Otin and leveled every single class combination in the game and was among the very first people to unlock Jedi on our server. I still miss that game to this day for all the amazing features it offered; but alas I can wax about that for hours so I will move on. Once the combat upgrade hit I took a break from MMO's until right when Burning Crusade launched and a friend of mine got me hooked. Thus began my long and distinguished WoW career. I was lucky enough to join a few very good guilds through the years and was able to down every end game boss in WoW from BC up until Cataclysm playing as either a Hunter or a Disc Priest for most of that journey. All things must end and with the launch of Cataclysm my interest in WoW died out.

I had been waiting for SWTOR since I first heard about it back in... 2006/07? I've always been a huge Star Wars and BioWare fan so the melding of the two was a dream come true. I was able to play off and on during Beta as time allowed and decided to roll a Smuggler at launch; which I ended up doing. However; most of my friends were playing Empire side so I went over there and helped form the guild "Malediction" of which I am still a proud co-leader. With the changes in 3.0 I have started to play my Republic characters a bit more and have fallen in love with my Commando. I wanted to find a home for him and Saberwing was spoken of very highly so here I am haha.

I foresee this being a very good and profitable relationship for everyone involved and I cannot wait to get to know everyone better ]]>

Hail, Saberwing!

I have travelled from afar (London UK) to spend some of my evenings playing with our rebel compatriots across the pond. A 40 yr old musician, daddy & gamer, GSF has been my mainstay since launch. I was researching which US server to check out and heard from other (cough) 'well known' (cough couch) pilots that EH was the way to go, and that HOOORAY you guys actually have a decent, mature GSF themed guild WITH A NAME I CAN LIVE WITH!

I was with First Expeditionary Fleet for a while, as it's always fun to fly with Kessler and other friends. Unfortunately though, despite having some of the best and nicest Republic pilots, RP is the guild's main thing. I like my RP to be mostly in my head - and the target reticule! P-p-pew!!!

To cap it all, I've really enjoyed the standard of competition so far, lots of good pilots about and exciting matches. It is great to not know who's who yet, and to be a surprise to many

Anyhow, sign me up, give me a shout, send your co-ordinates and I'll lock lasers with the best of them.
